Mindful Flow

Mindful Flow is an intentional Vinyasa class designed to help you connect with your body and breath. Through steady movement and breath-based transitions, this all-levels practice creates space to explore each pose with awareness and ease.

With a focus on presence over pace, this class encourages mindful movement and deeper body awareness. Some poses may be held slightly longer to allow for fuller exploration and alignment, while others flow more fluidly, inviting both strength and softness into the practice.

Whether your brand new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, Mindful Flow meets you where you are—offering a supportive environment to move with intention and reconnect with yourself.

Sacred Grace

Sacred Grace blends Hatha and Vinyasa yoga with Christian faith, offering a space to connect deeply with God through mindful movement and stillness. Guided by scripture and prayer, each class invites you to move with intention, breathe with purpose, and rest in His presence. All levels are welcome. Each session ends with a peaceful sound bath, allowing you to soak in His grace and leave feeling refreshed in body, mind, and spirit.
