Non-Refundable – All purchases are final. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Pre-Booking Required – All classes must be booked in advance via our website or app. Walk-ins subject to space availability.
No-Shows – No-shows will forfeit the class credits.
Package Sharing – Packages are for individual use only and cannot be shared.
Expiration Policy - 12-Month Expiration: All class packages expire from the date of purchase.
