Stacey Luikaart
Yoga Instructor

I came to yoga after years of endurance racing and powerlifting left my body feeling worn down and in need of something gentler. I turned to yoga in search of relief and never expected it to capture my heart the way it did. I signed up for yoga teacher training simply to spend more time on the mat—but I had no idea how much I’d fall in love with guiding others along their own yoga journeys.
Teaching has become one of my greatest passions. I’m committed to helping people discover their potential, move with intention, and realize that anything is possible—no matter where they’re starting from. My classes are rooted in mindful movement, breath, and presence, offering an inclusive space for students of all levels to reconnect with their bodies and build confidence from the inside out.
Off the mat, I’m lucky to share life with my wonderful husband, Reed, and I’m a proud grandma to three incredible grandkids. I’m a (not-so-great) golfer, a devoted dog mom, love to travel and a loyal Survivor fan—though you won’t catch me applying! I’m also deeply passionate about animal rescue and serve on the board of a giant breed rescue, advocating for dogs who need someone in their corner.
I’m also continuing my yoga education as I work toward my 500-hour certification—driven by a deep desire to keep growing and to show up even more fully for my students.
