Mindful Flow: All Levels Vinyasa

Mindful Flow is an intentional Vinyasa class designed to help you connect with your body and breath. Through steady movement and breath-based transitions, this all-levels practice creates space to explore each pose with awareness and ease.

With a focus on presence over pace, this class encourages mindful movement and deeper body awareness. Some poses may be held slightly longer to allow for fuller exploration and alignment, while others flow more fluidly, inviting both strength and softness into the practice.

Whether your brand new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, Mindful Flow meets you where you are—offering a supportive environment to move with intention and reconnect with yourself.

Think of fascia as the body’s internal spiderweb; a connective tissue that wraps around every muscle, joint, and organ. When it gets tight (from stress, injury, or bad posture), it can cause pain, stiffness, and limited movement. Myofascial release uses targeted soft tissue care that addresses the root cause of symptoms to melt away tension, improve blood flow, and restore natural movement.  With Dr. Jenn, we also focus on neuroemotional release, clearing stored emotional stress from the body to support full-body healing and alignment of mind, body, and spirit.
