Many people wonder if they'll lose control or be "put to sleep." The answer is no.
Hypnosis is simply a deeply relaxed, focused state of awareness. Throughout the session, you'll remain aware of your surroundings and in control. Most people describe it as feeling similar to the peaceful moments just before falling asleep or becoming completely absorbed in a good book or movie.
There is nothing you have to "do" during hypnosis—simply listen, relax, and allow yourself to experience the process.
From the moment you arrive, our intention is to help you leave the outside world behind and settle into a space of calm, comfort, and restoration.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to fully relax. You'll spend the majority of the experience lying comfortably
while you're guided through hypnosis and immersed in sound.
